Shipping Policy

Alternative Home Theatre is happy to offer Free ground shipping on most of our products to residents of the 48 continental US states, residents of Alaska and Hawaii pay additional shipping costs.

Any Screen Goo item that displays the logo shown above is guaranteed to ship out the same day if the order was placed by 3:00 PM EST. If we fail to deliver on this promise we will gladly refund you 20% of the purchase price.

We do not ship outside the US.

Please note that orders are processed, shipped and delivered on weekdays (Monday - Friday), and not on weekends or holidays. Non Screen Goo items are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours. In the event a item is back ordered or out of stock, a representative will contact you within 1 business days either by email or phone.
